The order detail page will provide you with all the information relating to your order. You can check the products that have been purchased, shipping and billing addresses, and update the status of an order. In addition, the page also includes information relating to the shipment and payment methods chosen by the customer. You can add tags to be able to easily find the order later, and you can add internal notes about the order in the notes section.
The three feature buttons at the top right make it possible to print the order summary, download the order history, and manage its shipment through E-motion.
Note: make sure that the order has been paid (PayPal or wire transfer) before shipping.
