From the order details page, you can check on the products purchased and the shipping and invoicing addresses. You can also change the status of an order.
In the order summary, you will find all the information relating to the shipping and payment methods chosen by the customer.
Make sure that the order has been paid (PayPal or wire transfer) before shipping. You can ship orders with the ‘awaiting payment’ status only if completed with the ‘cash on delivery’ payment method.
