If you aren’t sure how Blomming works, you’re having trouble with a specific technical detail, or you want to get more information and advice on how to increase sales, there’s no need to leave your shop. We’re here to help you! Explain the issue to us and we’ll respond and resolve it as soon as possible.
We firmly believe that customers should be able to leave any time they feel our service is no longer necessary. So, we’ve created an easy system should you want to delete your account:
- If you really want to delete your Blomming user account (we’re sad to see you go!), you can do so from your profile settings.
- On the other hand, if you want to delete your online shop, but not your user profile, you can do so from the subscriptions section.
