1) The USERNAME is the name that the user chooses, when creating a Blomming shop, along with the password, to log in to the account. It should be a single word, without spaces or symbols. It is case sensitive, i.e. the system recognizes upper case and lower-case letters. The username is public (i.e. visible to everyone) and will determine the link to the shop.
The username can be modified only in the first two weeks, from the ‘My Account’ panel. For special requests after this initial period, you can contact email@example.com for any changes.
Attention: Changing the username will also modify the link of the shop. This means that any embedded links or html already found on the internet up to that point will be lost.
2) The NAME OF THE SHOP is the name that appears during the checkout phase of an order and within one's integrated Facebook shop. Spaces and symbols may be used. You can set the name of the shop by going to Settings > Shop Settings, where you can also set an image (shop logo) and a link to an external site (e.g.: your personal website). If no image is set, the email used on registration will appear.
