From the Tools > Files > Gallery menu, you can upload the images you want to use on your website, for product pages, and for items on your blog, etc. The images that you upload directly to the product page, blog, etc. will also be added automatically to your gallery. Click the ‘...’ button to organize and sort the images according to file size. To delete images that have been selected via the check box below each image, click the ‘Update’ link, then ‘Delete’. If you want to delete all images, click Select all > Update > Delete.
The gallery includes automatically created directories that will help you sort the images used into categories.
The Main Gallery will display all the images you’ve uploaded, the Product Gallery will contain images used for product pages, the Blog Gallery will have images used for your blog, and so on. You can create custom directories: all you need to do is enter the name of the directory you want to create in the ‘Directory name’ field and click ‘+ Add’. You can open the galleries you've created from the ‘Custom directories’ button.
In the ‘Upload’ section, you can upload single images or batch upload multiple images.
Each image has 3 buttons and a check box to select the image.
The first button on the left will give you the URL of the image and other useful information.
The centre button lets you update the image settings and makes it possible to associate the image to the title of a listed product, set as the main image, and enter an image title and description.
The button on the right will delete the image from the gallery, and thereby also from all sections of the website which contain the image.
