From the ‘Subscriptions’ menu, you can see and update all the information relating to your Blomming subscription. It is divided into 4 categories:
From here, you can see how much your active shop subscription costs and when you will receive the next Blomming invoice. The links found in this section will give you access to past invoices, transactions and fees paid to Blomming.
Invoices: this section contains a list (in chronological order) of the invoices (in an XML format and the courtesy copies) sent by Blomming to you. You can also download them in PDF format. The first one at the top is the most recent invoice you’ve received.
Payments: this is where you’ll find a chronological list of all the payments you've made to Blomming. The first one at the top is the most recent.
Commissions: this is where you’ll find a list of commissions that have been totalled for each order received. You can filter them by commission and date.
If you want to change your Blomming subscription, click ‘Change plan’. Click ‘Select plan’ to choose the desired plan.
This section summarises all the details of your active subscription: plan type, expiry, percent of active commissions, number of products allowed on your shop, total storage space and percent used, and your shop's ID.
If you want to delete your Blomming shop, click ‘Delete shop’. You will be sent to a page where you will need to enter your password to confirm you really want to close your boutique. Once confirmed, all the information, files and data related to your shop will be permanently deleted.
This section shows the payment method that you’re currently using to pay your Blomming subscription and commission fees. Entering a valid payment method is required to publish your shop online. Click ‘Manage payment methods’ to open the page from which you can add payment methods and select the main one. Click ‘+ Add’ to add a payment method, choosing between PayPal and credit card. Fill in the required fields and add the method. If you enter multiple payment methods, you can decide which one to set as the main method. If you want to delete a payment method, you must first enter another valid option.
This section displays all the billing information that you’ve entered for your shop. Click ‘Update’ to go to the page where you can enter your billing information. Complete all the fields then click save. Entering your invoicing information is required to publish your shop online.
