(AVAILABLE ONLY FOR THE BLOMMING SUBSCRIPTION OPTION)
The ‘Customers’ page displays a list of customers that have made purchases from your shop. From left to right, the data displayed is: customer name, how many orders s/he has placed on your shop, the sum of the orders including shipping fees and, last but not least, if the customer made the purchase as a guest or registered user.
You can select multiple customers via the check box to the left of each customer's name, then make batch changes by clicking ‘Edit’ at the top of the page. From the ‘Edit’ link, you can decide if you want to add tags to those customers, making them easier to find in the future, or delete them from the database.
Click ‘Export’ or the ‘Download CSV’ button to customise the export of your customer list.
With the ‘Search’ button, you can search and filter the list of customers. For example, if you want to reward customers who have placed over 5 orders by giving them a coupon: You can filter the results by number of orders and enter the search results as you see in the image below.
Press ‘Search’ and the system will give you a list of all the customers who have placed at least 5 orders on your shop.
You can also save searches to bring up the results quickly next time. All you have to do is click ‘Save search’, give it a name, and hit ‘save’. You will then see it next time you go to search in the ‘Customers’ section. If you don’t want to save the search/filter settings, click ‘Reset’. If you no longer need a saved search, you can select it and delete it by clicking ‘Delete saved search’.
