Browsing to Tools > Reviews, you can see all the reviews that customers have left for items purchased from your shop. Reviews are certified by Blomming and, by default, a review request is sent to your customers automatically 7 days after the purchase (you can customise the elapsed time by heading to Settings > General and going to the ‘Other’ section.
You cannot change the reviews you have received, but you can respond to reviews by leaving a comment or making them ‘anonymous’. To the left is a section containing the date and name of the customer, the product they left the review for, the review text and the number of stars given, and the ability to filter the reviews by date. To the left is a summary of the statistics relating to your reviews.
Your reviews will be displayed on your shop, below the name of the boutique.
You can import and export product reviews form the Tools > Import/Export menu.
